• The ticket is a guess

• Measure something, even if it is crude

Design is not a handoff

• Sit with the blank state
• Copy is part of the interface
• If it is awkward to use, it is not done

Full stack is a direction

• Enough backend to ship the feature
• Enough frontend to not hide behind "that's design"
• Ask for help without throwing the problem over the wall

Taste is the differentiator

• Lots of people can make it work
• Fewer people can make it obvious
• That is the job now
